Re-zone property at approximately 10th & Wittenberg Rd
by Brian Thompson requesting to amend the district map on property located on the south side of SE 10th Street, approximately 360 feet east of SE Wittenberg Road, from R-1 Single Family Dwelling District to I-1 Light Industrial District. The application was submitted in order to allow for operation of a contractor office and shop.
