By Kansas Sand & Concrete, Inc., requesting a Conditional Use Permit on property presently zoned “I-2” Heavy Industrial District and located along the east side of NW Stina Court near the intersection of NW 25th Street and NW Stina Court, in order to allow for “Manufacturing Processing, Type III” (concrete mixing plant).

Staff's Recommendation to the Planning Commission:
Each decision maker will follow the criteria below when voting on this item.
The Planning Commission voted to continue this item at the close of the December 21st public hearing to give the applicant and City Engineering staff time to discuss costs and alternatives, and reach agreement on Condition #3 or an alternate condition.
At the time of this writing no agreement has been reached. If the applicant and Engineering staff are in agreement at or before the January 25th meeting, the Planning Commission may take action. If agreement is not reached by January 25th, staff will recommend action on CU20-03 be deferred.
