by Chris Schultz, requesting a review under Kansas State Preservation Law Review [K.S.A. 75-2724] and a Certificate of Appropriateness Review [Topeka City Code Section 18.255.110] for the interior modifications of the basement and 1st-Floor levels of the Tinkham-Veale Building, located at 909 and 911 S. Kansas Avenue. This building is individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a contributing structure to the historic integrity of the surrounding South Kansas Avenue Commercial Historic District. The building is also a locally listed Historic Landmark.
