by 900 Kansas LLC, requesting a review under Kansas State Preservation Law Review [K.S.A. 75-2724] for the alteration of the interior office space within the first floor of the building located at 904 S. Kansas Avenue. This building is designated as a contributor to the historic integrity of the South Kansas Avenue Commercial Historic District and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Staff is recommending a finding that the proposed interior alterations on the 1st level of the Gordon Building, located at 904 S Kansas Avenue will NOT damage or destroy the historical integrity of the structure, or the surrounding South Kansas Avenue Commercial Historic District.
