PUD23/03 Eugene and Paramore
PUD23/02 is a request to rezone 7.2 acres of vacant land from “R-1” Single-Family Dwelling District to PUD Planned Unit Development District (“M-2” land use) for the development of duplexes and four-plexes for a total of 30 dwelling units. The Planning Commission held a public hearing for PUD23/02 on March 20, 2023. After considering public comment, the Planning Commission closed the public hearing and voted 8-0-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the Governing Body based on the findings and analysis and subject to the recommended conditions in the staff report. At its May 2, 2023 meeting, the Governing Body remanded PUD23/02 to the Planning Commission requesting that the Commission consider:  The character of the neighborhood  The connection to NW Sprouton Lane  Whether a traffic study is necessary  Drainage
