by North Topeka Storage, requesting to amend the district zoning map from PUD (M1-A Limited Multiple Family Dwelling District uses) to I-1 Light Industrial District on 3 parcels of land located on the south side of NW Broad Street 250 feet W of NW Topeka Blvd to allow for construction and operation of a self-storage facility.
