by Jennifer Ouelette, 1164 SW College Avenue, requesting the review under Kansas State Preservation Law [K.S.A. 75-2724] for the placement of a fence along the north and east property lines of property located at 1264 SW College Avenue. This property is listed as a contributing structure within the College Avenue National Historic District
