Windward Estates PUD by Kronos Construction, LLC, David E. Watson requesting to amend the zoning map on property located approximately 150' west of the intersection of SE 45th Street and SE California Avenue from Planned Unit Development “PUD” (“C-4” Commercial uses) to PUD / “M-1” Two-family Residential uses (on approximately 5.4 acres) and “C-4” Commercial uses (on approximately 2 acres), to allow for residential duplexes and unspecified commercial uses. (PUBLIC HEARING)

Decision Making Criteria

Based on the findings and analysis in the staff report, the Planning & Development Department recommends APPROVAL of the zoning reclassification FROM “M-3” Multiple Family Dwelling District TO “D-1” Downtown District.
