This proposal is for the addition onto a 2-car garage to the rear of the property at 315 SW Woodlawn Avenue. This property is listed as a “contributor” to the historic integrity of the Potwin Place National Historic District.

Staff is recommending a finding that the proposed construction of the proposed garage, located to the rear of the main structure on property at 315 SW Woodlawn Avenue, will NOT damage or destroy the historical integrity of the structure, or the surrounding Potwin Place National Historic District.
