ACZR25/02 Text Amendment - Duplex, Triplex, Quadplex
Request to amend the Topeka Municipal Code (TMC) Title 18 (Development Code) regarding use standards for two-family and multiple family dwellings as follows: Amendments to the use standards of Section 18.60.010 (Use Tables) affecting how two-family dwellings and multiple family dwellings are regulated in single family dwelling districts. Amendments to other sections of TMC Title 18 in association with the changes to Section 18.60.010 may also be considered.
