Text Amendment- ACZR26/01

ACZR26/01 - a request to amend the Topeka Municipal Code (TMC) Title 18 (Development Code) regarding use standards for two-family and multiple family dwellings as follows: Amendments to the use standards of sections 18.60.010 (Use Tables) and 18.225.010 (Special Use Requirements) affecting how two-family dwellings, multiple family dwellings, and dwellings on the main floor are regulated in “C” Commercial, “D” Downtown, and “X” Mixed Use zoning districts. Amendments to other sections of TMC Title 18 in association with the changes to Section 18.60.010 may also be considered. Title 18 can be accessed at http://topeka.municipal.codes/TMC/18.
