A request to amend the Topeka Municipal Code (TMC) Title 18 (Development Code) regarding home occupations as follows: Amendment to the provisions and standards for home occupations in section 18.210.035 (Home Occupations) to exempt home occupations of limited magnitude from the standards and permitting requirements applicable to home occupations of greater magnitude and potential impact. Amendments to other sections of TMC Title 18 in association with the changes to Section 18.60.010 may also be considered. Title 18 can be accessed at http://topeka.municipal.codes/TMC/18.
