PUD23/03 Eugene and Paramore
PUD23/02 is a request to rezone 7.2 acres of vacant land from “R-1” Single-Family Dwelling District to PUD Planned Unit Development District (“M-2” land use) for the development of duplexes and four-plexes for a total of 30 dwelling units. The Planning Commission held a public hearing for PUD23/02 on March 20, 2023. After considering public comment, the Planning Commission closed the public hearing and voted 8-0-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the Governing Body based on the findings and analysis and subject to the recommended conditions in the staff report.
