Minutes from previous meeting March 16, 2026

A re-plat of Lot 1, Block A, and Lot 13, Block B, Shorey Estates Subdivision to create 21 lots for single family homes on 4.4 acres located 150 feet east of NW Tyler and Williams Street and at the SW corner of NW Lyman and Eugene streets. (Hall)

Requesting to amend the Master “PUD” Planned Unit Development located at the southwest corner of the intersection of SW 21st Street & Topeka Boulevard to incorporate a 3.09 acre tract of land directly east, changing its zoning from “M-1” Two-Family Dwelling District to “PUD” with C-4 use group, limited to automotive uses. Requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for a type II non-owner occupied, short term rental (STR) on property at 1171 SW Medford Avenue. A CUP is required because the property is within 500 feet of another type II STR that has a current certificate to operate. (Driver)
