CU23/16- by City of Topeka Utilities Department requesting a Conditional Use Permit to re-locate and re- build the public utility facility (sanitary sewer pump station) on property zoned “R-1” Single Family Dwelling District and located at 3500 NE Seward Avenue as part of Billard Airport operated by the Metropolitan Topeka Airport Authority (MTAA).
